What if I don’t like the concept?
Then you don’t pay a deposit. You only pay the 50% deposit if you love the concept.
Do I own my site?
Yes. Once your build is paid in full, the site is yours. If you cancel your care plan later, you keep your site.
What are AI call minutes?
Every care plan includes AI call answering by Floow, 24/7. When you can’t pick up, the AI agent answers the call. Your minutes are the total talk time the AI spends on your calls each month: 60 minutes on Launch, 150 on Growth, and 300 on E-commerce and Authority. If you go over, extra minutes are billed separately. If you want the AI to do more, you can upgrade to a full Floow AI agent.
How long does it take?
Your site goes live in 14 business days after your content is approved.
Can I cancel my care plan?
Yes. Care plans are month-to-month. If you cancel, you keep your site once it’s paid in full.
